atop a mountain

I thought this area was interesting... I had no other way to compile the whole scene except by doing a panoramic. Given the chance to do it again-- you know what I would change-- I would include more of the tree on the right! Can't believe I didn't get it! But, we were at the top of the mountain and running out of daylight. I had only a few minutes to cross over one more mountain ridge (can you call it a "ridge" if it's not rigid?) to watch the sunset behind some distant mountains from the top of this one. This image is composed of eleven photographs and original panoramic size before cropping out the white space was 18,298 pixels x 4,672 pixels.
